Veterans Serving Veterans

The Tarrant County Veterans Council was formed to provide an organization through which veterans service organizations in the Tarrant County area could coordinate their efforts to better serve area veterans and their survivors. In addition to supporting our military and programs that sustain veterans, their spouses, widows and dependants, we are probably best known for hosting the annual Veterans Day Parade every year in Downtown Fort Worth, Texas.

The 2014 Veterans Day Parade will be on

Tuesday, 11 November 2014.

City of Fort Worth Proclamation

The Parade will begin and end north of downtown at LaGrave Field, home of the Cats Baseball Team.
